Business Support Coordinator

**Our Opportunity**:
Based in our Hamilton offices, you'll be working closely with our Senior Business Support Coordinator to ensure the smooth running of this office. This role has heaps of variety where you'll be a "go to" person for the office and this will provide you with many opportunities to interact with our different business units.
You'll be joining a great team where no day will be the same and you'll have the opportunity to visit our Generation sites and meet our people who are passionate about what they do. There are opportunities to get involved in projects with lots of opportunities to cross-skill and develop yourself.
Additional key responsibilities include:
- Being first point of contact for visitors to our Hamilton office
- Administration of purchasing onsite office supplies, PPE and consumables
- Actively support and assist all co-workers with a quality administrative service
- Actively managing our Gallagher Security system and working closely with contractors
- Assisting with our Summer Intern Programme
**We are looking for**:
- Experience within an office based environment using MS Office
- Experience using SAP would be an advantage
- Proactive and flexible to adjust to the variety of tasks and variable workloads
- A self-starter with strong problem solving skills coupled with a curious nature and eagerness to learn
- Excellent level of accuracy and work presentation with high level of attention to detail
