Key Responsibilities:
- Work together in partnership with the business to create targeted,
- innovative, value add solutions that make a difference to our people
- and culture- Take the lead on complex employee relations cases- Balance delivery of operational People services and culture enhancing project activities- Coach and develop leaders- Contribute strategic input across the spectrum of People programme of work and using data and insights to create compelling business cases for change- Partner with our Head of People to design and implement people initiatives.- Support leaders with workforce planning, talent management and
- succession planning- pipelines.

You will be curious and able to connect with multiple stakeholders across the business to achieve great people outcomes. You will be someone who can appreciate all facets of HR and collaborate with your high performing peers to grow our presence and delivery across the business.

You will have:
- Strong business acumen with proven experience working at an operational and strategic level- You will naturally be able to build credibility with varied leaders and managers across the business- Ability to work closely with leaders to shape decisions that deliver positive outcomes for the business- Exceptional ER experience and proven experience independently managing complex matters- Strong technology and data analytics exposure.
