**Mō te tūranga | About the role**

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our Information Management Team. The team supports Waikato Regional Council in using information systems efficiently to ensure that our records are well managed. You will be involved in the management of both our physical records and electronic records.

Key components of the role include:

- Providing assistance and advice to staff
- Undertaking records management tasks within our document management system
- Processing inwards correspondence and requests
- Management of off-site storage requests

This role is a 1 year fixed-term opportunity with the successful applicant working 20 hours per week with a flexible work pattern.

- You will have good time management skills, ensuring key tasks are handled in a timely manner.
- You will work well as part of a team.

**Mō ngā pūkenga | Qualifications and experience**
- Experience in an administrative or records management role
- Microsoft Office at intermediate level
- Experience in using an Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS) desirable
- NCEA level 2 or higher
