**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**

Continuous Improvement is a new function within the National Procurement, Supply Chain and Health Technology Management (PSC&HTM) Team. This role is pivotal in promoting and embedding Continuous Improvement frameworks across the wider team. The Continuous Improvement Coordinator works closely with the Improvement Manager and Improvement Specialists in keeping all parts of the Improvement Team's CI delivery process organised and running to plan, including being a key customer touchpoint for Improvement related communications. The purpose of this role is to coordinate and maintain the continuous improvement programme which aims to lift the overall performance of the PSC&HTM function.

From time to time the incumbent in the CI Coordinator role will be required to travel to other Te Whatu Ora locations (different to their domicile location) for special meetings, workshops or initiatives where the team have decided to come together in person. We will consider flexible working to balance your work and lifestyle.

**Mōu | About you**

You will contribute to the establishment of a service that includes co-ordination, facilitation and analysis for business improvement initiatives and small-scale projects across PSC&HTM. You have the ability to coordinate and maintain the plans for the continuous improvement programme of work and prepare and update progress reports for stakeholders.

**Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience**
- Experience working as a Continuous Improvement Coordinator/ Facilitator, PMO Coordinator, or similar role
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Coordinator role
- Demonstrated experience in a coordination role with responsibility for coordinating and supporting activities for a programme of work
- Experience analysing data to identify issues and risks, work status and using data to produce reporting that is tailored to specific audiences
