We are seeking a skilled administrator who possesses exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, effective planning and organizational skills, and the ability to manage their time efficiently to meet deadlines.
As a Course Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing accurate, timely, and responsive administrative services and support to ensure the smooth and effective functioning of Course Administration.
This is a Monday - Friday position offering 2-3 days work from home.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a portfolio of clients
- Providing necessary information about course booking, schedules, and prices
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers and other key stakeholders
- Entering, updating, and monitoring database records
What we are looking for:
- Understanding of the Education or Training industry is beneficial
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support or administrative role
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Word, Microsoft.
