The L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty division is looking for an organisational superstar to support the Medical team and event execution for two brands that are leading the way in the dermocosmetic and cosmeceutical industry, La Roche Posay and CeraVe.

**ABOUT THE JOB**
- Create assets and coordinate activations for our brand cause initiatives, working closely with our NGO partners.
- Support the Medical conference and event execution including the pre and post communication with attending healthcare practitioners.
- Draws up purchase orders, monitor budget and expenditure.
- Coordinate the Sample / Products forecasting and supply process for medical/training conferences & events, including packing bags for events.
- Organise and coordinate team meetings, partner and group travel.
- Handle the organisation and coordination of training courses and seminars: registration, site reservation, handling certified trainers and experts, printing supporting material, sending products, relaying information.
- Handle and supply medical account sales monitoring and reporting tools, analyzes the data produced, and sends it on to the correct person.
- Participates in competitive intelligence (purchase of competing products etc.).
- Creates documents for presentation for all stakeholders (internal and external)
- Connects various departments/people (Sales, Marketing, Education, Merchandising, PR, Training, etc.).
- Circulates information within the department
- Support coordination of LDB team events & meetings

**ABOUT YOU**
- To be successful within this fast-paced role and to ensure you can hit the ground running, you will demonstrate the following experiences and attributes:

- Previous experience within an administrative role is essential
- Highly organized by nature and excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
- Professional, supportive with a positive attitude
- Intermediate Microsoft suite skills are essential
- Experience using SAP will be highly advantageous, however not essential
