**As a Motel Manager you will have below duties and responsibilities**
- Greet and register guests.
- Assist the General Manager in his day-to-day operations.
- Monitor the Guest feedback on Trip advisor, OTA's etc.
- Assists the General Manager in resolving guest complaints and service recovery process.
- Adheres to all Motel and company procedures and regulations as well as standard operating procedures.
- Builds owner loyalty through proactive communication, setting and managing expectations and delivering solid business results.
- Assist GM in key property issues including capital projects, customer service and refurbishment.
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly property inspections.
- Ensure property, grounds, physical plant and work areas maintained to standard.
- Monitor maintenance progress and FF&E (Furniture, Furnishings, and Equipment) conditions and provide status report to GM.
- Audits on par stock on all areas to make sure that all required motel supplies are ordered and stocked in advance of need.
- Perform sudden audits on rooms and other operating areas.
- Must have experience and knowledge to adjust room pricing according
- Ensure motel staff is provided with uniforms and nametags, and upholds property-grooming standards.
- Ensure effective, timely and accurate communications flow about Motel policies and procedures.
- Assist the GM in in all aspects of business planning.
- Assist Payroll
- Respond to audits to ensure continual improvement is achieved.
- All Other duties as assigned by the General Manager or Management.
- Assist Manager with staff issues as needed.
- Collect payment and record money earned and spent
- Update and manage room pricing using Site minder
- Send, Audit, and track invoices/chargebacks for multiple sites.
- Handle/Audit Accounts for multiple sites/Branches
- Perform all the role duties in a different site if assigned by the GM
