Motel Supervisor

JJMJ Limited is currently seeking to hire two professional motel supervisors. This role will be based in Auckland predominantly working at our Epsom Motor Inn.
- This is a full-time permanent job with 32 hours per week.
- Salary range: $29 - 35

**Main Tasks**:

- Managing bookings
- Charging customers and operating booking system
- Planning, arranging, managing all contractors
- Answering all motel phone calls
- Handling customer complaints and queries
- Keep your working area clean and tidy
- The above list is not exhaustive and the role may change to meet the overall objectives of the company

**Required qualities**:

- Must have experience working as a motel supervisor
- Must have a relevant qualification in hospitality management, tourism, human resources management, or similar
- Must have experience operating Callista booking management system as this is the main inhouse software within the hospitality industry
- Must have flexibility to work overtime on the weekend or public holidays if required
- Professional presentation to act as an ambassador for our brand
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills

You should either be a New Zealand citizen/resident visa holder or be able to secure work rights before commencing employment.
