An opportunity has emerged for someone who is passionate about enabling the entrepreneurial potential of students and staff at the Univeristy of Auckland
The Programme Coordinator supports all Programmes delivered by the Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship. The role is pivotal in delivering an outstanding experience to all programme participants and the stakeholders supporting the programmes. We're looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment, knows how to priorities, manage multiple stakeholders and support our entrepreneurial community.

This is a **Permanent, Fulltime **(37.5 hours per week) opportunity.
The salary is between $56,600 to $65,000 per annum and will be dependent on experience.
**Mō tō mātou rōpū | About the team**
The Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CIE) is a multi-award-winning entrepreneurship centre hosted in the Business School that excels in developing innovative and entrepreneurial mindsets and capabilities in students and staff from all faculties across Waipapa Taumata Rau. We help the University achieve its strategic goal of becoming a “global powerhouse of innovation, creativity and entrepreneurship” by nurturing talent and helping transform ideas into impactful ventures led by students, researchers, and staff. CIE delivers a suite of experiential trainings, workshops and programmes.
The CIE team is passionate about making an impact and creating a better Aotearoa by unleashing entrepreneurial potential across Waipapa Taumata Rau. CIE is fast-paced, supportive and collaborative environment.

We're looking for a kindred spirit who thrives in a busy environment, loves engaging with a diverse range of people, juggling many diverse priorities, to ensure a great experience for our participants, knowing that your role contributes to shape the world by nurturing the next generation of change-makers.
You will bring:
- At least two years’ experience in a complex organisation organising and delivering programmes or events
- Experience working in an environment with a strong customer service focus, or community engagement
- Experience in a co-working, incubator or entrepreneurship programming environment is a plus
- Attention to details and strong planning and project management skills

- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Experience working in an administrative role
- Excellent computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft suite of programmes
- Proven time management and organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to work outside of regular office hours during events
- Ability to speak Te Reo Māori a plus or willingness to learn
