**Job Description** Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity**

We are on the lookout for a Programme Coordinator. In this role, you will provide local administrative support for student and academic-related administrative processes.

Other responsibilities of the role are:

- Administration of Faculty scholarships and prizes, including setting up of scholarship committees
- Provide day-to-day administrative support for academic committees, including minute-taking and coordination of meetings.
- Provide administration supporting the Calendar amendment and programme maintenance process.
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with key academic leaders and professional staff across the faculty, Student and Academic Services and the Student Hub to ensure effective support for an enhanced student experience and academic programme delivery.

This is a full-time, 37.5 hours per week role on a permanent contract. The salary range for this role is $54,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent gained through relevant experience.
- 2 to 3 years of experience delivering high-quality administrative support.
- Experience in working with and understanding the needs of a diverse range of clients.
- Experience in working effectively in a team setting AND working independently with sole responsibility for coordinating an end-to-end process/activity.
- Experience with contributing to process improvement and looking for continuous improvement opportunities.
- Ability to navigate and negotiate online systems.
- Ability to build and grow relationships.
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Committee-servicing experience;
- Proof-reading skills/attention to detail.
