Ko tā mātou mahi - Our Role
We are currently recruiting for a Release and Deployment Analyst to join our Wellington based team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing advice and coordinate deployment and transition activities. You will create deployment plans to support the delivery of project activities and ensure the components of change are scheduled accordingly.
You will help to maintain practice standards for release deployment activities, while driving continuous improvement and maintaining business knowledge to understand requirements. Additionally, you will provide input and approval of technical impact assessments and responsive ad-hoc support and advice to the business in relation to the deployment of change.

- Experience providing coordination support and planning skills
- Ability to work across the business and effectively communicate with staff at all levels of the organisation
- Organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Sound judgement, discretion and proven ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work with the bigger picture while maintaining a high degree of accuracy at a detailed level
- Pragmatic with excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to learn quickly
