In this role, you will develop and maintain release management processes and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality software releases. Any experience with product managament would be a big bonus The ideal person will enjoy wearing many hats and learning new things everyday.

**Main Activities and Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product stakeholders, developers, and testers to plan release schedules, define release and sprint scope, and prioritize features and fixes.
- Lead Agile activities including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Utilize Jira to create and manage plans, track progress, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Develop and maintain release documentation, including release notes, deployment guides, and versioning documentation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to streamline release management activities and enhance team performance.
