Role overview
Working with Finance, our Product and Solutions Group, our Business Operations Teams, System Analysts, Functional Consultants, and Technical Resources, on a Programme of Work associated with our core business systems. This role, in collaboration with others, is responsible for providing support on day-to-day delivery activities.
What you’ll do
- The ERP Support Analyst is responsible for (but not limited to):

- Activities to enhance and optimise processes and functionality in our business systems
- Supporting projects work at multiple levels to ensure project are delivered to high quality, on time and on budget
- Actively engaged in BAU support activity. Owning the process end to end and overall support planning, Being involved in delivery and execution, and progress reporting
- In collaboration managing our changes and release cycles, from planning through to deployment
- Involved in all aspects of unit and system testing, and providing UAT support for the business
- Executing system administration tasks and minor changes
- Assisting with changes to Master Data, overseeing the process end-to-end
- Recognise and promptly advise management product managers of potential problems risks or issues and for potential follow-on business opportunities.
- Receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines how to use resources to meet schedules and goals.
- Provide guidance and advice within following the latitude of established company policies and procedures in order to meet schedules and resolve technical problems.
- Be an part of an effective team member and contributor that works collaboratively toward achieving the organisational goals.
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement to build a culture of service excellence and demonstrates new ways of working.
- Support and assist with related organisational changes and activities that are required as an outcome of business improvement activities.
- Displays a high level of operational discipline, ensuring Datacom and client processes, policies and procedures are followed and adhered to.

What you’ll bring
- Have system and support analyst experience.
- Know what business, technical and functional requirements are. Be able to specify and document these.
- Be able to lead discovery and requirements workshops with project stakeholders.
- Be familiar with waterfall and agile methodologies.
- Be technically minded.
- Conduct system and UAT testing, familiar with these procedures.
- Have some business systems experience - ideally worked on ERP programmes or projects before.
- Understand core business processes, such as; Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Project to Cash, etc.
- Have foundational accounting knowledge.
- Led or been involved in system projects where you have performed or taken responsibility of tasks and deliverables.
- Know how to manage a backlog of work and help set priorities, and manage release cycles through planning, development, UAT, and deployment phases.
- Proven experience working closely with other team members and external stakeholders on all aspects of delivery.
- Some experience working with Atlasssian and Jira would be desirable.
- Adaptable, must be willing to work on support, projects, initiatives, system administrational tasks. Effectively manage time to ensure work is kept on track and delivered on time.

- Business Operations, both professional and managed services
- Working within Tier 2 Service Provider
- Excellent customer relationship building and management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Added Bonus
Some knowledge or experience with Oracle HCM, or similar ERP systems
Accounting experience.
Worked on services projects or come from a professional services background.
System Analyst background.
Know Atlassian inside and out.
Demonstrated leadership of tasks and teams of people from a delivery perspective.
