**About the job**: In this Field Agent position, you will service accounts in your territory and support clients to clear financial arrears. By locating and visiting customers in the field, you will work with our client’s customers to establish rapport and coordinate payment schedules to assist them in meeting their contractual agreements. This role is suitable for someone who is determined, passionate and eager for their next challenge.

**Day to day you will**:

- Locate and visit customers whose payments are in default or not meeting contractual agreement, then negotiate a new payment arrangement in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Service accounts in your core area and across the North Island and the South Island when required.
- Make enquiries that establish all the facts relevant to understanding the customer’s current financial situation
- Support customers to clear defaulted payments
