**YOUR ROLE**

As the Product Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our diverse product portfolio, with a strong focus on the Philips medical suite. Based in New Zealand, your mission will be to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives that align with our goals for market expansion and profitability, specifically in promoting and managing Philips' cutting-edge healthcare solutions. You will be instrumental in coordinating with key stakeholders across the business to ensure seamless product launches, effective market positioning, and comprehensive support for sales activities. This role demands a proactive leader who can navigate complex market dynamics and foster strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee a broad range of products within the Medical sector, with a particular emphasis on the Philips Monitoring while focusing on achieving and exceeding growth targets.
- Strategic Planning: Craft and execute annual marketing plans and strategies that are in line with corporate growth and profitability objectives, while capitalizing on the unique strengths of Philips' healthcare technologies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with Key Account Managers, service coordinators, and other colleagues to drive sales and marketing efforts for Philips products effectively.
- Market Analysis: Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform product positioning and strategic decisions, especially in relation to Philips' offerings.
- Customer Support: Provide ongoing support and training to sales representatives and customers, ensuring they have the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed with Philips products.
- Product Introduction: Lead the launch of new Philips products, from market research and strategy to execution and follow-up.
- Operational Excellence: Manage inventory levels, pricing strategies, and supply chain logistics to ensure optimal product availability and profitability for Philips' healthcare solutions.

**ABOUT YOU**

You are an experienced professional with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and a proven track record in product management, ideally with experience in handling Philips medical technologies, or worked with other monitoring companies. Your strategic insight and ability to translate complex market dynamics into actionable plans are key strengths. You excel in communication and collaboration, making you a natural leader who can work effectively across various teams and with external partners. You are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and driven by a passion for delivering high-quality products and services. Your proactive approach and commitment to excellence make you an asset to our team.
- Healthcare Industry Experience: You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in product management, with exposure to monitoring solutions being a significant advantage.
