**About the Role**
As an Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of maintaining and enhancing the relationships with our valued clients. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of exceptional service standards and supporting our clients' growth through innovative payment solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met with payment solutions.
Conduct regular reviews and analysis of client accounts to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored payment solutions that enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide informed advice and support to clients.
Lead and implement strategies for account growth and retention, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
**So who are you and what is your profile?**
You are a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for technology and customer service. Ideally coming from a banking background, you have proven experience in account management or a similar client-facing role, with a track record of maintaining and growing client relationships. Experience with acquiring in the SME space will be advantageous, highlighting your ability to understand and cater to the unique needs of small and medium-sized enterprises. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills enable you to engage effectively with clients and colleagues alike. You're adept at problem-solving, negotiation, and possess a keen analytical mind to interpret business needs and deliver effective solutions.
- $90,000 - $100,000 per annum plus bonus
