Mō tēnei tūranga | About this role
You will be responsible for managing processes and systems associated with the Ministry's Capital Works and other Programmes connected to school rebuilds, roll-growth and minor works. Your role would involve keeping the Programmes operational and efficient. Working with internal and external customers, consultants, design teams, Finance and Asset Management.

**Your key accountabilities will include**:

- Project data collection and quality control for selected programmes at a regional level
- Project and Regional Programme performance monitoring and control
- Programme Analysis and regional analysis

You will have previous experience providing coordination support in a project or programme environment, data management and a thorough understanding of information sharing and processing.

Each year, Te Pou Hanganga, Matihiko removes barriers to education by investing nearly $2 billion in the education system. Our group creates physical and digital learning environments that are critical for quality teaching and learning. These provide accessible, inclusive places, spaces and platforms where ākonga and whānau feel that they belong and where their identity, language and culture can be supported.
