System Analyst

We are searching for 1-2 System Analysts to provide expertise in analysing, designing, implementing, and enhancing software systems and technology solutions to support the companys operations and business objectives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful system implementation and maintenance.We guarantee a minimum of 30 hours per week.
We are looking for reliable people with good working attitude, who are well presented with good numeracy skills and a good command of written and spoken English. As well, you must have the ability to work within required time frames, get along with other staff and have a real interest and passion forwork. Must have a proven work history and good references.
**Main Responsibilities**:
Gather information from the staff on software and implement them accordingly or make changes to better suit the needs of the business
Analysing existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and recommending system enhancements or changes
Developing test plans, conducting system testing, and ensuring that the software meets the specified requirements and quality standards.
Assisting in the implementation of software systems, configuring settings, and ensuring a smooth transition from old systems to new ones.
Providing training sessions and user support to ensure effective adoption and utilization of the system by users.
Identifying and resolving system-related issues, bugs, and errors to maintain system functionality and user satisfaction
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as developers, project managers, and stakeholders, to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the system development life cycle.
Creating system documentation, including system specifications, user manuals, and process workflows, to facilitate system understanding and future maintenance.
Monitoring system performance, conducting system maintenance activities, and identifying opportunities for system enhancements and upgrades
Staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in system analysis to continuously improve processes and systems.
Creating and maintaining system documentation, including system specifications, user manuals, process workflows, and standard operating procedures specific to door and window manufacturing processes
**Qualifications**:
Bachelors Degree is desirable
**Experience**:
Prior experience working as a System Analyst or in a similar role.
Minimum 3 years of work experience required
Pay starts from $29.66 - $35.00 per hour depending on experience and qualification.
Loacation: Auckland, Permanent Full-time
