**He kōrero mō te tūranga | The Role**

This is a full-time permanent role based in Hamilton.

Working Monday to Friday you will manage tenancies within our Housing service and work in collaboration with our housing navigation teams to achieve the goal of long-term, sustainable housing for whānau.

You will carry out property inspections, tenant financial contributions, and turnover, as well as work in partnership with other team members and peers to achieve the desired results, all while upholding and promoting our company's health & safety, and well-being policies.

**He kōrero mōu | About You**

Previous tenancy management experience and knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act are desirable but not essential. If you are forward-thinking and flexible, vibrant, confident, and compassionate

You'll naturally be a problem solver, and quick thinker and enjoy connecting with people. You'll be able to work autonomously but also work well in a team environment. In addition, you should bring along the following:

- Ability to handle and manage difficult customer relationships
- Experience working with people from a diverse range of backgrounds and circumstances
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and listening skills
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Previous experience working within the community or homelessness sector is desirable
- A full New Zealand driver's license
