As a
Tenancy Manager you will be involved in building and maintaining positive and healthy relationships with tenants, managing tenancies, conducting property inspections, organising maintenance needs, and solving problems quickly as they arise.

This is an exciting and challenging role that will keep you motivated and engaged to continue to improve the lives of the people in our community.


We seek someone who has excellent customer service skills, the ability to prioritise and plan to meet required expectations with a degree of flexibility and uses initiative with a focus on a positive outcome.

You will be joining a team that supports each other, celebrating the wins and learning from the challenges as a team.


Previous experience within Social Housing property and tenancy management would be ideal, however, we will be open to providing training to the right person.


You will bring:

  • Ability to navigate through the challenges and complexities of Social Housing
  • The ability to work as part of a team, and autonomously.
  • Welldeveloped verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent computer skills including recordkeeping, accounts, reporting, and database use.
  • Current fulldrivers licence or willingness to obtain one.
