As an administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the Centre in a variety of ways including bookkeeping, communications, data entry and much more. The successful applicant will also have opportunities to work with a wide range of people, engage with children & families, and practice collaborative problem solving with a strong, supportive team

This is a part-time opportunity, working 24 hours a week from Monday
- Thursday.

Day to day responsibilities include:

- General administrative duties.
- Enrolment inquiries.
- Accounts payable and receivable.
- Day-to-day data entry.
- Ordering of resources.
- Liaising with external agencies when appropriate.

Key skills and experience required:

- General computer skills, including Microsoft software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Previous administrative experience would be beneficial, but not essential.
- Good problem solving skills.
