We are seeking a capable administrative all-rounder to support our commercial team in Napier.

**About you**:
You will be an experienced administrator who is able to work without supervision, be happy working with a busy, successful team and have the confidence to take charge and demonstrate initiative. Familiarity with accounts payable, reconciliations and accounts receivable experience is an advantage.

**Your day-to-day responsibilities will include**:

- Handling all incoming enquiries
- Processing daily banking and account reconciliation
- Ensuring store administrative functions operate efficiently
- Assisting in the preparation of reports as required,
- Supporting with stock control and process all sales documentation

**To be successful in this role you will need to have**:

- Strong customer services skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and SAP
- Good organizational and administrative skills
- A full clean drivers license
