**About the role**

DynaSpeak is a leading school of English within Te Wānanga o Aotearoa. We provide English Language courses from the Foundations, Level 1 to Advanced, Level 5. We are also an authorised Examinations Centre for Cambridge English Language Assessment.

The successful applicant will be responsible for welcoming prospective students and visitors into the school, managing enrolments, processing student information and maintaining databases. This role involves liaising between academic management, administration team members, tutorial staff and head office administration. Other duties include a variety of general administrative tasks, such as reception, assisting with hospitality, Health & Safety support etc.

**About you**:
It is essential that applicants hold the minimum qualifications along with a strong working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Prior experience in a similar position and a multicultural educational environment is desirable.
- Minimum qualification - Certificate in Business Administration or Computing
- Previous administration or customer service experience
- Proven knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Familiar understanding of the education sector
- A willingness to embrace and participate in Te Ao Māori
