New Zealand Alpha Personnel Recruitment Ltd Full time

We currently have an opportunity for an excellent administrator and call center person to join a busy team located in Greenlane This role will be 40 hours a weekeither 8:00 am 4:30 pm or 9:00 am 5:30 pm and Monday to Friday. This temporary role will need someone who can start ASAP and will be until the end of December.

**Duties include**:

- Receiving Patient files
- Sorting out documents and re-filing
- Filing and retrieving of files as required
- Being the first point of contact answering phones
- Answering queries and fielding phone calls
- Releasing information as required
- Quality checking of documents that have been uploaded online
- Auditing of documents
- Other ad-hoc administration duties as required

**To be successful you will need to be**
- Experienced in administration and call center
- Have fast and accurate data entry
- Have intermediate to advanced MS Office and the ability to pick up new systems quickly (good technical skills)
- Friendly with excellent communication skills
- Happy with the manual lifting and moving of files
