We are looking for an experienced Team Administrator/Personal Assistant who is committed and organised, to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Service Clinical Director and Pharmacy Leadership Team within the Clinical Support Directorate.
You will provide administrative assistance to ensure efficient, effective and customer focussed service delivery. You will need to be comfortable working autonomously and in a team, using your initiative and cope well under pressure. You will need to juggle priorities to meet deadlines, having excellent communication skills is a priority. Diary and correspondence management, co-ordinating meetings, minute taking, stakeholder management and preparing reports will be some of your core duties.
Our Pharmacy department is an innovative and exciting place to work. We employ over 100 staff including those working within two retail pharmacies, Aseptic Production Unit and a flagship inpatient service. We have a robust service strategy which ensures that our staff are continuingly driving to work at the top of their scope and pushing the boundaries of clinical pharmacy practice.
