**About the Role**:
As a Personal Assistant for our client, you will support the Executive team with a selection of essential services and will be accountable for efficient and streamlined business administration support. From managing diaries, pulling together presentations and reports and assisting the Business Operations Manager with external partnerships and events this role is one that will keep you on your toes. You will be a motivated Administrator or Personal Assistant with a positive attitude, process driven mindset and motivated by getting things done right while working at pace.
This is a full-time permanent opportunity during standard business hours (8:30am-5pm) Monday to Friday.
**Key duties of the role include**:
- Providing support to the executive team alongside the Business Operations Manager
- Diary management for multiple executives within the business
- Preparing documents and presentations
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Assist with event preparation and execution
- Processing invoices and expenses
**To be successful in this role, you will have**:
- Previous experience as an Administrator, Personal Assistant or similar required
- Building quality relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to meet deadlines & attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
