**About the role**:
As the Personal Assistant you will provide consistent and reliable personal and administrative support to the Senior Leaders. You will help keep the group running by:
- Diary and inbox management, preparing agendas, documentation and minute taking
- Administrative duties including making travel bookings and arrangements
- Coordinating meetings and liasing with internal and external stakeholders
- Building and maintaining effective working relationships
- Financial administration and reporting
**About you**:
You will be an experienced Personal Assistant and will bring your initiative and ability to work in a fast-paced environment to provide effective executive support. To be successful you will bring:
- Experience in a similar role providing support to a manager
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to build effective working relationships
- Coordination experience
- Excellent time management and organisational skills as well as the ability to multi task
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
