**About the role**:
**Key responsibilities are as the following**:
- **Delegating and overseeing routine tasks and ensures that organisations operations are completed efficiently.**
- **Conducting research on potential threats, drafting and reviewing routine reports, contracts & related documents.**
- **Ensuring to maintain companies policies, confidentiality standards and sensitive security matters**
- **Organizing company events, attending meetings and training sessions**
- **Making travel plans especially for site visit or client meetings**
- **Maintaining records and files having personal information relating to security operations**
**To succeed in this role you will require the following**:
- **Minimum of Bachelor degree in business administration, management or related field**
- **At least 10 year proven experience as personal assistant or executive assistant or in similar administrative roles.**
- **Computer literate and attention to details**
**In addition to this you will also be**:
- **Self-motivated and able to deliver jobs to deadlines**
- **A team player who is also able to work autonomously**
- **Be available for after hours / emergency callouts as required**
