**About the role**:
Whilst PeopleScout is a renowned leader in the RPO industry, this role is something different. We're looking for a person with 2-3 years experience in Talent Acquisition, who has a passion for HR and SaaS technology, and who wants to move away from hands-on recruitment into a customer success role with our ATS, Springboard. We have a number of Springboard clients in Wellington and would like to enhance their experience by hiring someone to focus on their success with our product.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Develop a strong understanding of the Springboard product.
- Demonstrate the product to improve awareness of features and increase utilisation.
- Provide Account Management support to the existing client base.
- Develop solutions to complex customer requirements, with a sense of urgency.
- Translate requirements into technical quotes.
- Work well within an agile, changing environment, with a high degree of autonomy.
- Deliver innovation in account management to clients and help shape the future direction of the role and business.
- Deliver and record product training sessions, town halls, and quarterly business and product utilisation reviews.
- Help to guide and deliver contract extensions.

**Skills and experience required**:

- A background in Talent Acquisition, including working with an ATS, or similar SaaS platforms.
- Relationship management, customer success and engagement.
- Educating and training clients in best practice.
- Delivering webinars on new features to increase product utilisation.
- Delivering Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR's) to key clients.
- Build, own and maintain an account management cycle.
- Converting client requirements to product quotes.
- Increasing profitability and revenue.
- Help deliver robust, stable solutions to clients.
- Take ownership of new clients post sales and implementation of the product.
- Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
- Experience in interfacing with multiple teams to achieve outcomes.
