We're looking for a passionate Account Manager based in Wellington who is customer obsessed, tenacious and thrives nurturing and growing with existing clients.

In addition, you will help grow and expand new business from existing clients and actively seek new opportunities as part of the RegTech business.


What your day will look like:

  • Nurture the ongoing relationship with customers to ensure satisfaction is achieved and outcomes are met.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Work closely with the internal teams to ensure we deliver with excellence for our customers.
  • Manage escalations that may arise and help to promptly resolve concerns before they become issues.
  • Coordinate implementation and support handover for customers.
  • Grow customer revenue in terms of products and services by identifying and securing new opportunities.
  • Manage commercial agreements in a way that fosters a positive commercial relationship.
  • Forecast and track key account data (e.g. quarterly account plan and strategy).
  • Provide feedback and insights to the Product teams based on customer feedback.

What skills will you need:

  • Sound understanding of SaaS solutions and project delivery, maintenance, and support services.
  • Consultative approach with highly developed interpersonal/relationship and stakeholder management skills across all organisational levels.
  • Minimum of 3 years quotabearing software sales experience, some level of government/public sector experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrable experience of Influencing both customers and partners at a senior level
  • Excellent time management skills, and work with high levels of autonomy and selfdirection.
  • Previous experience working in an IT/software industry environment.
  • Be able to work autonomously and as an effective part of a team.
