Within the Sales Team, led by the Sales Director, our Account Managers are highly skilled at finding and closing new business opportunities with both new and existing clients while keeping our company values top of mind to ensure a fantastic customer experience.

What will I be doing?

  • Identify and closing new business from new clients
  • Identify and closing new business from existing clients
  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of opportunities by prospecting to find opportunities from new clients that meet our ideal customer criteria. Just check out some of our great work

We're looking for people who are:

  • Someone who is comfortable in a 'sales best practice' environment. You will need to be knowledgeable of the sales lifecycle, contributing to RFP's, researching and qualifying new opportunities, and managing and closing deals.
  • Excellent relationship builders with solid stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience working with C-Suite decision makers
  • Confident communicators, in this role you will be presenting, negotiating, and contributing to pre-sales documents.
  • Wanting to expand their technical knowledge. Whilst you do not need to be a technical expert - (we have plenty of these) - you need to be able to understand the business needs and how our products may be able to help our clients.

What skills and experience are we looking for?

  • Technical sales experience - someone with experience selling software, professional services, SaaS or other technical offerings.
  • Someone with experience selling products and services in a high value face to face engagement style
  • Previous experience in a sales or account management role.
  • A track record of achieving and succeeding sales targets
  • Previous experience using CRM, Salesforce or other reporting tools
