Our client is a leading uniform supplier in the New Zealand and Australian markets.

They have strategic working relationships and benchmarking opportunities with major players in the global market resulting in industry leading styles, access to new generation fabrics for corporate wear and first class technology and systems for uniform management.

We seek a dedicated and experienced Account Manager to join their progressive team.

The Role Purpose:

  • To manage customer communications and accounts. This role works with varied internal teams to proactively manage client needs and resolve issues.
  • Main Duties and Procedures
  • Develop and implement a customer management plan for each customer which covers budget, contract, contract review, stock forecasting and stock exit, meeting dates, range review, GP review.
  • Set up NetSuite reporting as per client requirements.
  • Find opportunities for upselling and crossselling with clients.
  • Responsible for anticipating and identifying customers' requirements and facilitating a solution.
  • Liaise as required with other internal teams to ensure endtoend customer experience is delivered to a high standard
  • Proactively trouble shoot issues, or identify areas of improvement
  • Identify areas for potential sales by analysing client's previous history
  • Identify ways to further systemise a customer's experience to maximise efficiencies
  • Project management of new customers as required
  • Assisting with business development opportunities and following them through from lead to proposal to onboarding
  • Regular reporting to Team and management on customer and sector trends.
  • Work alongside the Sales team to implement and achieve the Sales Strategy.

  • Maintain acceptable gross profit margin on client accounts.
  • Continued revenue growth from client accounts, providing new products, ranges, cross selling/upselling.
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with clients and help deliver to the their expectations.

  • Excellent Microsoft Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Onenote, Outlook).
  • Good working knowledge of Netsuite and myArrow.
