JLG Industries are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to work in our Mount Wellington branch.

JLG specialise in the use and servicing of elevated work platforms, telehandlers and lighting towers in the access industry.

This role is for parental leave cover until November 2025, working full time Monday to Friday.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.
- Assist with the planning and scheduling of maintenance and service work
- Provide relief coverage of the Field Service Coordinator as required
- Assist in answering calls for the service department and branch
- Ensure all service machines have updated next service dates in BP
- Follow up on open Quotes
- Assist with opening, posting, and invoicing completed Field Service Jobs
- Support with data entry for Major Inspection quotes and liaise with the Workshop Supervisor
- Provide Customer Service
- Resolving account queries and invoice disputes
- Managing Uniform orders with supplier and team members
- Processing weekly timesheets into the timesheet module
- General ad-hoc duties as required

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Must have previous experience in a service and/or customer service industry
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where requirements are constantly changing.
- Good communication skills
- Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM systems.
