We are currently seeking to employ 2 Finance Administrators - Accounts Payable** **in our Head Office team based in Mt Wellington, Auckland.

**About the Role**

- ** In this role, you will be managing day to day Accounts responsibilities**:

- **Invoice Processing**: Accurately review, code, and process invoices while ensuring adherence to company policies.
- **Vendor Management**: Maintain relationships with suppliers, handle inquiries, and resolve discrepancies to foster strong partnerships.
- **Payment Preparation**: Schedule and prepare payments, ensuring all transactions comply with our financial controls and deadlines.
- **Reconciliation**: Reconciliation of supplier statements, balancing AP sub-ledger with general ledger.
- **Policy Adherence**: Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, supporting audits as needed.
- **Audits**: Perform internal branch audits
- **Other**: Provide assistance and support to the wider finance team as required.
