This is an office-based role at our Wellington branch.
**About The Role**
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to assist the account management team (account executives, brokers) on assigned accounts, managing the day to day client support service processes.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to establish their Insurance Broking career or to grow their career.
**Some Of Your Responsibilities Will Include**
- Support Brokers with insurance policy renewals
- Liaise with insurers
- Liaise with our service hub
- Resolve client queries (account queries, insurance cover queries, policy amendments)
- Work directly alongside an experienced Commercial Account Manager
- Set up new insurance policies, arrange finance agreements and collect premiums
- Partner with the claims team to manage the claim process
- Preparation of insurance documentation

**Skills and Experience That Will Lead To Success**
- Ideally you will come from an administration or insurance background with strong customer service experience in a solution driven environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Passionate about starting or growing your career in the insurance industry
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise your work
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office Products but also the ability to pick up new systems
