About the Role:

As the People & Capability Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our P&C Delivery team, gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations. You'll support key HR processes, work closely with the Recruitment team, P&C Advisors and Regional P&C Managers and help create an amazing experience for our employees.

What you'll be doing:
  1. Assisting with job postings, interview scheduling, and pre-employment checks
  2. Supporting new employees through an engaging onboarding program
  3. Help with organising career events, job fairs, and internal HR initiatives
  4. Managing the Northpower careers inbox and responding to queries
  5. Assisting with HR documentation, including contracts, variations, and payroll audits
  6. Maintaining employee records and supporting key HR reporting tasks
  7. Getting involved in supporting Group HR programs that need to be enrolled across the business
  8. Supporting various HR process improvement or change projects, as needed

What We're Looking For:

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  1. A Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or currently completing one)
  2. At least one year of work experience in any industry
  3. Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
  4. Great communication skills and a friendly, professional approach
  5. A keen interest in HR, with a passion for supporting people and processes
  6. A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
