Kōrero mō te tūranga ' About the role
Our Co-ordinator is the knowledgeable and approachable 'face' of the Capability & Organisation Development Group for the Capital, Coast part of the District and our external customers. This super-admin role deals with a broad range of interesting activities, providing everything from front-line customer service and administrative support through to technological support for courses, events and our training venues. The coordinator also provides support to the group manager, team leaders and team members as required. In this role you will:
- manage the administration and co-ordination of specified courses delivered or coordinated by members of the Capability & Organisation Development Group
- coordinate the scheduling and booking approvals of our training venues and equipment, managing multiple calendars, and undertaking long term planning and usage forecasting
- provide backup to the IT trainer and the Learning Management System Advisor to ensure our services continue when they are absent
- provide general meeting management support including agendas and minutesMō tō mātou rōpū ' About the team
