Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
In this role, you will be a member of the AskHR team, the first point of contact for all people-related queries from our customers (leaders and employees) both in New Zealand and offshore. Day-to-day you will be providing essential support to the business through the timely provision of advice and assistance in navigating people systems and processes.
As a highly organised and proactive coordinator, much of your role will be focused on producing high-quality written offers and letters for employees, supporting the effective delivery of People Division operational priorities, projects and strategy.
Your success will be dependent on your attention to detail and your willingness to ensure a great people experience through every interaction.

The full salary range for this role is $63,542 to $81,193 total remuneration, inclusive of our 3% KiwiSaver employer contribution.

To be successful in this role, you will have the ability to establish and build relationships across the organisation, and a genuine desire to deliver a great customer experience. Additionally you will have:

- Prior experience in an administrative or customer service role
- A genuine interest in HR
- Strong attention to detail
- A customer-centric approach to problem solving
- Inclusive and adaptive working style and the ability to influence and develop trust and credibility with key stakeholders
- High levels of self-awareness, agility and resilience
- A sound understanding of tikanga and Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles.

Ideally you will also have a good understanding of tikanga (Māori customs and protocols), with the ability to weave te ao Māori (the Māori worldview) into your work.
