**Business Development Specialist**

Our company is a business consultant service company dedicated to helping businesses achieve their growth and success goals. With a team of experienced professionals and a track record of delivering exceptional results, we provide customized solutions to businesses of all sizes. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team.

**Responsibilities**
- Prospect for new clients by networking, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients, and turn this into increased business.
- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging network.
- Plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to purchase our services,
- Research and build relationships with new clients.
- Research, build and maintain relationships with education institutes, coordinate with them to develop projects for the organization.
- Develop a rapport with new clients, and set targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationship.
- Deploy strategic planning in order to develop new business for the organization.
- Identifying marketing trends and clients needs shifts and advising and organizing both online and physical advertising & promotion activities
- Supporting business growth and development through the preparation and implementation of marketing objectives and policies and plans.
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the organizations unique selling propositions and differentiation.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
- Present to and consult management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
- Develop and maintain key relationships with sector and industry networks both locally and regionally.
- Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.

**Qualifications**& skills requirements**:
Bachelors degree in Business studies or a related field.

Qualification is not essential if you can atrack record of successful business development and sales experience, or at least 3 years relevant work experience.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a results-driven mindset.

Knowledge of the business consulting industry is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other officesoftware.
