We are seeking a business support worker who will look after the companys business and keep it running smoothly.

**Job Responsibility**
- Resolve customer issues by conducting research and troubleshooting using available resources.
- When necessary, escalate complex consumer issues to senior management
- Update customer information in the organizations database in a timely and accurate manner.
- Accurately and expeditiously handle customer orders and payments.
- Contact customers after the sale to ascertain their contentment and resolve any problems.
- When appropriate, cross-sell and up-sell products and services.
- Contribute to the creation and execution of marketing campaigns
- Keep track of competitor activity and industry developments.
- As requested, generate reports on consumer satisfaction, sales, and other metrics.
- Create and maintain customer files, prepare correspondence, and schedule appointments, among other administrative responsibilities.

**Hours: 30 Hours Per Week**

**Pay Range**:$25 to $30**

**Job Requirements**
- Wrtten and verbal communication skills
- Strong Organisational skills and attention to details
- Available for weekends
