The Role
In partnership with the incumbent Executive Assistant, this seldomly available opportunity provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship with our CEO & Executive Leadership team.
This is a permanent full-time global role which offers the opportunity to work across a range of internal and external stakeholders to assist in achieving both local and international departmental and market objectives.
Working in a cross functional capacity, your day to day will vary, however the core focus will see you oversee and ultimately be accountable for executive administration support (board reporting is a key priority each month) scheduling, travel plans, departmental event coordination and streamlining of administrative purposes across the wider business.
That’s the role, so who are you?
You will need to be a self-starter, highly detailed orientated and an agile thinker who is likely to have 5+ years proven experience supporting at an Executive or C level (ideally in a global corporate organisation).
You will be a passionate and an outgoing communicator, confident in your abilities to effectively navigate a multifaceted role, supporting both remote and local teams. Naturally, you are very results driven and take a collaborative approach in leading and influencing a diverse range of senior stakeholders to deliver key outcomes.
