One of our clients has a fantastic opportunity for a People and Culture Coordinator. Based in the Wellington CBD, you will provide generalist HR administrative support for regional delivery. We are looking for someone to focus on supporting the business to create a seamless people experience across the employee lifecycle.

This is a great generalist role for someone looking to develop breadth and depth of experience and knowledge across all aspects of human resources. This position will create a very strong foundation for you to develop your career across the employee life cycle, with a strong focus on recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement. This role will suit someone who is willing to ‘roll up their sleeves’ to get the job done. As the HR Coordinator, you will demonstrate an ability to be reliable, punctual and a good communicator, with the ability to build effective relationships.
