About the role
Working across the Corporate and Market Services Group, and reporting to the Head of People and Capability, our office coordinator manages a wide range of activities that ensure the smooth running of the office, contributing to the workplace experience for our staff and brand experience for our visitors. Activities extend to providing coordination support to activities across the multiple teams in CMS: People and Capability, Finance and Risk and Assurance.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Managing overall office appearance
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment, ordering new items as needed
- Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, contacting vendors for repairs and maintenance as required
- Serving as the first point of contact for phone enquiries and greeting visitors, when required
- Assisting with coordination of staff inductions
- Event/meeting organisation including ordering catering
- Reviewing, improving, and documenting all operational procedures
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail and couriers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Project coordination across the CMS teams to support key deliverables
About you
Previous experience in office administration or a coordination role would be advantageous but if you have transferable skills that you think fit the bill then we are happy to hear from you.
