**Tēnei tūranga - About the Role**:
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Investment Operations team. We work in partnership with other teams to plan and operationalise science funding processes.

As a Senior Investment Coordinator, you will lead planning and coordination of funding processes across a range of MBIE’s science grant investment portfolio (e.g., Catalyst Fund), support and improve business processes, and advise fund teams on operational options. You will also provide training and support to other coordinators to develop their timeline planning and coordination skills, while following the best practice in funding and contracting.

**We are keen to hear from you if you have**:

- Willingness to learn and develop an understanding of Te Ao Māori and Tikanga
- A proven track record of experience in project planning and coordination, and knowledge of best practice in funding operation and contracting areas
- Experience in supporting and training others to develop skills and competencies
- Great attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Excellent relationship management and collaboration skills, able to manage positive relationships with people at all levels in the organisation
- Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbally) with a wide range of stakeholders
- A proactive, solution focused work style with a strong customer service focus and delivery
- Be comfortable with the ambiguity that change brings as we remain agile to a changing funding environment, demonstrating your resilience, multi-tasking skills and experience
