**About the role**:
As the Programme Coordinator you will be a vital member of Solutions team and will take responsibility for the administrative function of a key programme. You will join a team that is passionate about delivering value-add training experiences and industry leading programmes and initiatives, specifically designed to meet the needs of adviser businesses.
- Responsible for all things administration - navigating each phase of the development programme
- Supporting graduates through their training - proactively communicating and checking in
- Actively engaging with your colleagues, celebrating wins and contributing to a positive workplace culture
- Supporting and collaborating with the Solutions team and Advisors to successfully deliver training programmes

**About you**:

- A confident administrator who is cool headed under pressure
- A compassionate nature and an interest in understanding others
- A team player equipped with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledge of commercial business operations and the insurance market would be preferable, but not essential.
