**The Opportunity - Te Kāinga Rua**

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Receptionist & Meeting Room Coordinator to be the welcoming and responsive Receptionist for internal and external visitors to our Executive level floor, contributing to a positive experience for guests and for meeting participants, by calmly and effectively scheduling and managing our Board room and meeting rooms. Responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming and greeting clients and visitors
- Collaborating with Beca’s main reception by receiving and directing overflow external phone calls
- Taking pride in the physical environment of the reception area and meeting rooms
- Providing refreshments for meetings, as required - on request this may include barista coffee - training provided
- Assisting with scheduling meetings in designated meeting rooms
- Clearing meeting rooms and maintaining the catering kitchen
- Coding catering invoices before sending to the accounts team
- Maintaining stationery and kitchen items
- Supporting our Events Coordinator at events and functions, as required

Perhaps bringing experience from the hotel, travel or hospitality sectors, you’ll enjoy providing great customer service, and anticipating and responding to requests. Perhaps you are ready for your first full-time role - if you bring the right attitude, enthusiasm and energy, we will develop your knowledge in the Beca ways of doing things. You will be confident to represent our professional organisation to our clients - both internal and external and eager to grow your career in a progressive and ever-changing business. With Microsoft Office skills at a beginner-intermediate level, you’ll be curious to learn new technology - you’ll be supported in learning the tools we use - particularly Outlook calendar management. If you bring barista skills and can make a great coffee - this will be a bonus
