**About the Company**:
We are thrilled to be working with a leading software services company specialising in designing, delivering, and maintaining large-scale digital platforms. Their clients include a wide range of iconic brands across sport, education, government, transformation, healthcare and charities. Our client is currently looking for a Receptionist to join the team in a permanent capacity, being the face of the office for any guests/clients visiting, managing office supplies, assisting with events, and many more tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor, offering assistance and providing relevant information as needed
- Answer and direct incoming calls, ensuring accurate and timely referral to the appropriate staff/team member
- Ensure a high level of presentation in the main office and meeting rooms
- Organising and setting up catering and/or coffees for clients
- Schedule and coordinate meeting rooms, ensuring availability and appropriate set-up
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
**About You**:
- Experience as a Corporate Receptionist or Administrator in a professional services environment.
- Have excellent ability to prioritise, multi-task and remain calm under pressure
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong multitasking and organisation skills
