Our client is a leading manufacturer and distributor of high-quality vehicles and parts. We are looking for a **Receptionist / Office Manager** to join their team and provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our staff and clients.

As a Receptionist / Office Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors and callers, as well as the go-to person for office operations and management. You will be responsible for:

- Greeting and directing guests, customers, and suppliers to the appropriate departments or personnel
- Answering and transferring phone calls, taking messages, and handling enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Managing the reception area, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and welcoming
- Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail, and deliveries
- Maintaining office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Coordinating meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and events
- Preparing and editing documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Assisting with payroll, invoicing, budgeting, and bookkeeping
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, such as vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- At least 2 years of experience as a receptionist, office manager, or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- A friendly, positive, and customer-oriented attitude
- A high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work, able to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
