**A focus of this role is to be the Director of 1st impressions Lots of meet & greet, manage meeting rooms, book catering, set up AV equipment & admin.**
The client services team within a large investments firm is looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join their team. As the face of the business you will provide prompt, efficient and courteous service to their guests and staff.
This position is full
- time, Monday to Friday role with hours generally worked between 8 00am - 5pm. Flexibility will be required to complete overtime occasion, but, with superlative offices and views, you will enjoy coming to work every day
**Day-to-day you will be responsible for**:
- Meet and greet of staff and business guests
- Ensure sign in and security procedures
- Operating the firm's computer based booking system and confirming all bookings, including allocating rooms, confirming catering, audio visual equipment and other various room facilities.
- Booking, monitoring, and programming video conferencing, and facilitating a superior end to end service for all video connectivity.
- Acting as coordinator for the Client Services floor by liaising with colleagues regarding catering requirements, audio visual equipment and room allocations.
- Providing in room audio-visual support for staff and clients.
- Ensuring client facing areas are maintained to highest standards.
**Skills and experience**:
- Previous reception experience from within a corporate setting
- A high level of customer focus and 'can do' attitude.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Experience working with Microsoft Suite (word, excel etc.)
- Demonstrated diplomacy, discretion, and confidentiality
- Experience working in a high performing team.
