We are on the hunt for a marketing superstar to lead the Brand & Marketing team. As the driving force behind our brand identity, you will develop innovative Brand & Marketing strategies for our Retail business. You will have the opportunity to lead one of the largest energy brands, with a team that has produced some of NZ's most popular advertising. **Responsibilities**:
In this role you will be responsible for:

- ** Strategy**: Craft and execute a multi-year Brand & Marketing strategy aligned with our 10-year Genesis company goals
- ** Team Leadership**: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team that will help drive the culture of the business
- ** Integrated Plans**: Lead integrated marketing plans across our key Home & Business segments.
- ** Value Propositions**: Work with the Home & Business segment leads to define distinct value propositions existing and new products in the portfolio.
- ** Segmentation**: Identify high-value segments and develop a multi-brand strategy across the Genesis group of brands.
- ** Partnerships & Social**: Develop the overall Sponsorship & Partnership strategy including leadership of our social team.
- ** Consistent Experience**: Ensure cohesive branding throughout the customer journey and across our internal and external touchpoints.

**Are you the marketing leader we're looking for?**

We're seeking a dynamic individual with experience leading diverse brand and marketing teams, preferably gained in leading service and customer-centric organizations. You have a proven track record of developing integrated campaign management across both mass media and performance marketing. You're fluent in data-driven marketing across multiple channels and have a background in hands-on brand & marketing roles. You have a reputation for delivering inspiring brand and marketing campaigns on time and within budget.

PLEASE NOTE: This role will be known as Senior Manager Brand and Marketing - Genesis internally and will be Auckland based.
